Trios Scanner - Digital impression taking for your implant patients

Digital impression taking has taken a big jump forward in the Dental Industry over the past 2 years. We are excited to introduce to you the Trios Scanner which enables the team at Gold Coast OMS to perform digital impressions on your implant patients using the Trios Scanner. This service is provided at no additional cost to you or your patients. Your patient attend our rooms in Benowa to have the scan performed on the day of their torque test appointment (integration check appointment).  Following this appointment with us, they will be directed onto the Laboratory to meet with the technician who will be fabricating their crown (Cosmetic Dental Design – located in Ashmore Road, just 5 minutes from our rooms).  At this appointment they will obtain a customised shade. The crowns are then sent directly to you for insertion approximately 2-3 weeks later. You will invoice the patient directly for their crown (and the lab will invoice you directly).
